We love the artistic flare and wares that vendors bring to Woodson County events. Yates Center Days is our biggest vendor event each year. The Yates Center Days celebration happens each year over Memorial Day Weekend, with the main events happening Saturday.
Thank you for your interest in offering your wares to Woodson County residents and visitors!

Yates Center Days 2025

Check-In: Begins at 7:30 am
Booths must be set-up no later than 8:45 am
Cleanup: After parade (approx. 4 pm)
Booth Locations: Street - please bring heavy sandbags to
tie down tents
Vendor Fees:
Craft and Informational Vendor: $35.00 for 12’X12’ booth
Food Vendor: $50.00
After registration: Please complete the following steps:
1) Send graphics / logo / photos / links to your social media and/or website(s) to media@woodsoncountychamber.org so that we can create a Vendor Feature for you!
You will receive a proof copy of the feature before it goes out. If there are limitations regarding graphics for your brand / company, please let us know ahead of time.
2) Send us a menu for the day IF you are a food vendor and were not able to provide a day-of menu during registration.
Please submit proof of liability insurance to Woodson County Chamber of Commerce prior to event date.

Typical Event Activities: In the past, Yates Center Days has hosted a 5K Fun Run & Walk, a breakfast provided by the Masonic Lodge, Kids Games & Activities, Inflatables, a Beer Garden or Common Consumption area, Live Music, the Yates Center Days Parade, and our Alumni Members celebrating with an Alumni banquet and by putting together parade floats and having their 5 and 10 year reunions. The event is held rain-or-shine and it brings in many residents, past residents, and visitors.
