PreservingUS is a nonprofit organization based in Merriam, Kansas, that owns the Woodson Historic Residences. We have 9 beautiful 1-bedroom apartments that have in-unit laundry, high ceilings, great light, and rent for less than $500 / month. We rent to anyone 18 and over (previously the building was limited to seniors). There are income restrictions: A single person living in the building can make no more than $30,600. A couple can make no more than $35,000 jointly. Woodson Historic Residences is now under new ownership, with previous management issues in the past. We are committed to making the Woodson Historic Residences a great place to live!
