Help a child in need to receive Christmas presents this year, or sign your kiddos up to receive gifts from our program. Forms will go home with all USD 366 students - you can also pick up forms at the Chamber office (110 N Main St, Yates Center) or download them here on the website. Applications may be submitted via email or by delivering a hard copy to the Chamber office or mailing it to PO Box 233, Yates Center, KS 66783. Proof of income must be included for your application to be considered.
